- Tuesdays: Level 1 Be Inspired at Be The Change Yoga 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
- Wednesdays: Gentle Stretch Yoga at OH Yoga 10:30-11:45 a.m.
- Fridays: (starting Mid-August) Grounding Flow at Yoga Squared 11:30-12:45
